Your purchases will ship as soon as possible. All orders placed prior to 1PM EST, Monday through Friday, are processed the same day. Orders placed after 1PM will be processed the following business day. Packages do not ship on weekends and holidays.
Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.
Due to the large size of several of our items, the cost of shipping may be based on the overall dimensions, not the weight of the package. Shipping charges vary according to the shipping method you select (Ground, 2-day, next day). Shipping charges are shown during the checkout process, before you place your order.
Abely LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen goods once they are handed to the carrier. Please contact us if you require a signature upon delivery to protect your purchase.
Any claims for lost or stolen items while in the care of the carrier or after delivery must be addressed directly to the carrier. Abely LLC will not honor or handle any of these claims.
If an item is not currently available but we know we’ll eventually get more, you have the option to put that item on backorder. As soon as the item becomes available, we will ship it to you. Of course, we will not charge your credit card until the item ships.
